The Orchard will be a community of 90 courtyard apartments featuring a tenant wealth creation program, covered parking, individual storage units, environmentally smart design, co-working space, on-site childcare and extensive additional common amenities.” It is centrally located on the east side of Bend, 5 min. from downtown, and slated to open in early '25.
